At Empower Wheels Now, we transform lives by providing free mobility equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, and canes to people with disabilities living in vulnerable conditions.
We sow hope, dignity, and freedom of movement where it’s needed most, because mobility should never be a privilege: it is a fundamental human right.
In many parts of the world, a wheelchair can mean the difference between isolation and freedom. At Empower Wheels Now, we fight against the inequality that keeps so many people from moving with dignity.
We focus especially on vulnerable communities in Cuba, in the future in Latin America and Caribbean where thousands of people with disabilities lack even the most basic mobility equipment. For them, a wheelchair, a walker, or a simple crutches can change everything: their health, their ability to participate in society, and their hope.
