​Norge Ernesto Díaz Blak, better know as NOLY BLAK, is one of this people who light up our path with their dedication and warmth. As a volunteer at Empower Wheels Now, Noly has contributed not only his time but also his heart, helping us bringing mobility and hope to those who need it most.
